Tamara + Todd - engagement session

We had a wonderful time on a warm and rainy afternoon in the nation's capital with Tamara and Todd. This session is meaningful to the couple because Todd will be off to Afghanistan in the Spring and will only be returning shortly before their 2010 wedding.  But they are in good hands as the wonderful Susan Legare from Moments that Shine is their wedding coordinator!
